Privacy Policy

This tool helps users review supplement routines by identifying products from uploaded photos and analyzing available label information.

We take privacy seriously and only collect information needed to provide the service.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Photos you upload for product identification
• Product names identified from uploaded photos
• Supplement products selected for analysis
• Goals selected during analysis
• Optional caution information you choose to disclose (for example pregnancy, thyroid conditions, blood thinner use, kidney or liver disease, autoimmune conditions, or prescription medication use)
• Analysis results generated by the tool
• Basic technical information required to operate the service, such as browser, device, and usage logs

We use collected information only to:

• Identify products from uploaded photos
• Match products to available supplement label data
• Generate supplement analysis results
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of the service
• Investigate technical issues and prevent abuse

Uploaded product and label photos are used to identify supplements and extract label information. During the private beta, uploaded photos are retained until they are manually deleted. You can request deletion by contacting hello@getlevelsup.com.

You may also remove an uploaded photo yourself at any point before your plan is created, using the remove control in the upload step.

We do not sell uploaded photos.

We do not use uploaded photos for advertising.

We recommend that users avoid uploading prescription labels, personal medical documents, or any information unrelated to supplement identification.

When a photo is processed, the product name, brand, and ingredient information read from it may be saved as part of your plan. This extracted information is a separate record from the original photo and is not deleted when the photo is deleted.

A saved plan is retained for 30 days from creation, after which it is no longer accessible through the service.

Basic technical and usage logs (see “Information We Collect” above) are also separate from your uploaded photos and are not affected by photo deletion.

Some users may voluntarily disclose health-related information through optional caution selections.

Examples include:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Thyroid conditions
• Kidney or liver disease
• Autoimmune conditions
• Blood thinner use
• Prescription medication use

This information is used only to generate more relevant analysis results.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, storage, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers.

These providers may access information only as necessary to perform their services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may stop using the service at any time.

You may remove uploaded images before analysis using available controls within the application.

This service is not intended for children under 18 years of age.
